Shipping policy

Where we ship

Fluffwick ships to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping cost

- Orders of $25.00 or more: free standard shipping.

- Orders under $25.00: a flat $4.99 standard shipping fee.

Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

- Processing: 1-3 business days to prepare your order after it's placed.

- Delivery: 7-15 business days after your order ships.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Peak season and carrier delays can occasionally add time.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after the first scan.

Multiple packages

Items in a bundle or multi-item order may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. We'll email you tracking for each package.

Delays

If we can't ship your order within the time stated above, we'll email you with a new estimated ship date and give you the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at Fluffwick@gmail.com. We can update the address only before the order ships.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived 15 business days after shipping, email Fluffwick@gmail.com with your order number. We'll look into it and make it right.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Email Fluffwick@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled, but you can return it under our Refund & Returns Policy.
